Requirements
- Substantial experience delivering high-complexity software projects in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Deep SDLC knowledge.
- Experience with AI, data, or emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and challenging conversations.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs from ideation to delivery.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and experimental work.
- Experience with agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) for managing team dynamics and client needs.
- Professional and academic credentials (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) are a nice bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management including scope, staffing, SOWs, timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with leads to keep clients aligned and navigate project escalations.
- Oversee financial health including budgets, forecasts, and invoicing.
- Coach and mentor teammates, clients, and new hires.
- Translate client and end-user needs into solution requirements.
- Manage and refine the product backlog as a Product Owner.
- Make real-time scope tradeoff decisions to maintain project value and momentum.
