Requirements
- Strong hands-on Workday experience
- Experience supporting and developing Workday in a mature, post-go-live environment
- Experience with Core HCM and related modules
- Ability to quickly understand how changes impact different modules, business processes and security
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with full working fluency in English
- A can-do attitude, assertiveness and willingness to take initiative
- Experience with Talent, Peakon, Reporting, Absence Management, Time Tracking and/or Workday Security (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Configure, optimize and continuously improve Workday functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues
- Assess the impact of changes across Workday modules, business processes and security
- Support HR process development and organizational changes
- Create and improve reports and dashboards
- Partner with AMS providers and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Act as a senior Workday subject matter expert and technical sparring partner within the People Tech team
- Contribute to prioritizing and driving enhancement initiatives from idea to implementation
