Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of R&D experience within a medical device company.
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience in New Product Development.
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering or Science discipline (MS preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
- Experience using database software, SAP, and project management cloud software.
- Strong communication and networking skills across complex organizational hierarchies.
- Ability to lead and develop teams.
- Project management certification is preferred (PMP, APM, or equivalent).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the United States and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project management, planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of Continence Care new product development and lifecycle management projects.
- Drive cross-functional project execution through collaboration with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Lead project teams to deliver low and medium complexity projects on-time and within target quality and cost specifications.
- Create detailed project plans identifying activities, sequencing, and required resources.
- Monitor project schedules, provide timely escalations, and manage stakeholder communication plans.
- Ensure compliance with Design Control and business processes including IDEAL new product development procedures.
- Support PMO to develop and enhance project management tools, processes, and systems.
