Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or equivalent.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or analytical roles.
- Healthcare industry experience in business intelligence, consulting, or data science.
- Expert level proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
- Proven track record in data communication and business narrative storytelling.
- Familiarity with data architecture principles and UML frameworks.
- Experience with HIPAA compliance in data analytics.
- Experience in lead or senior roles contributing to analytics strategy or governance.
- Ability to write technical documentation accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with web analytics and digital marketing measurement.
- Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling (preferred).
- Experience with Python, dbt Cloud, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the analytics point of contact for one of Brightline's business units.
- Partner with data leadership and stakeholders to identify and solve recurring business problems.
- Define and maintain portfolio metrics, KPIs, and data governance frameworks.
- Design and develop the analytics layer architecture using dbt and Claude Code.
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements using UML frameworks.
- Maintain the dbt Semantic Layer as a single source of truth.
- Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards for stakeholders.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through data storytelling.
