Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of professional IT and cloud engineering experience, including 5+ years designing and operating enterprise AWS environments.
- Expert knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, Route 53, API Gateway, CloudFormation).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation).
- Strong experience designing and operating production-scale Amazon EKS, ECS, or Kubernetes environments.
- Proven expertise building CI/CD pipelines and implementing DevOps, GitOps, and Infrastructure Automation practices.
- Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, and preferably Go or PowerShell.
- Deep understanding of cloud security, IAM, encryption, key management, compliance, and Zero Trust architecture.
- Experience implementing monitoring, observability, logging, alerting, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and operate secure, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud environments supporting enterprise production workloads.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
- Design, deploy, and operate container platforms using Amazon EKS, ECS, and AWS Fargate.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Implement enterprise observability solutions using Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Develop automation tools and operational scripts using Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical leadership across cloud platform initiatives.
