Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on industry experience
- 1–3 years of engineering experience building, maintaining, and scaling cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell) and experience leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Co-Pilot)
- Real-world experience configuring and operating core AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, Site 2 Site VPN, Route53, API Gateway)
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and defining Infrastructure as Code using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform
- Familiarity with containerizing applications using Docker and orchestrating workloads with ECS Fargate or Kubernetes
- Strong grasp of cloud security principles, system monitoring, and integrating Shift Left practices
Responsibilities
- Help develop and maintain the core cloud infrastructure powering all LeanTaaS services
- Manage robust build pipelines, deployment tools, and internal systems for seamless code deployment
- Execute disaster recovery plans and automation for isolated deployment environments
- Maintain internal security measures, performance monitoring tools, and uptime monitoring for cloud infrastructure
- Manage databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
- Champion best practices for availability, reliability, scalability, and security
- Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure system availability and uptime
- Improve existing documentation and runbooks
- Automate routine manual tasks
