- High level of independence and a proactive desire to execute tasks personally.
- Ideally possess prior experience with Shopify or the e-commerce industry.
- Very good proficiency in both German and English languages.
Responsibilities
- Test new marketing channels to determine effectiveness for customers.
- Conduct experiments, analyze performance data, and draw clear conclusions.
- Scale successful marketing campaigns while discontinuing underperforming ones.
- Execute cross-channel strategies including Paid, SEO, Content, Email, and Social.
- Take hands-on ownership of marketing tasks rather than just coordinating or reporting.
