Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with strong expertise in .NET and C#.
- Strong proficiency with Angular, including components, services, modules, and application architecture.
- Full-stack development experience with APIs, event-driven architectures, and user-facing applications.
- Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development and automated testing practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development, containerization, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Understanding of CI/CD, version control, and safe software delivery.
- Proficiency with Git and modern source code management and review processes (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar coding environments, technologies, and client-specific systems.
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to communicate tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with WPF, XAML, MVVM, MVC, and NetMQ is considered a plus.
- Previous experience in consulting or professional services environments is preferred.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with client teams to understand business challenges, clarify requirements, evaluate technical options, and translate needs into practical software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production-quality applications using .NET, C#, Angular, and modern full-stack development practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions spanning application design, APIs, event-driven systems, messaging, data synchronization, and user-facing experiences.
- Own technical work from initial discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
- Establish and improve engineering practices around Test-Driven Development, automated testing, source control, CI/CD, code review, and safe production delivery.
- Communicate technical decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Share knowledge with client teams and help establish practices that enable them to independently maintain and evolve the solutions delivered.
