Requirements
- Strong conceptual understanding of iGaming, skin economies, case-opening platforms, or gamified loot-box mechanics.
- Deep familiarity with unboxing and odds dynamics, including case battles, item rarity, and provably fair systems.
- Hands-on experience with crypto payment gateways and wallet connections like MetaMask and Phantom.
- Deep understanding of web/mobile architecture, APIs, database events, and technical trade-offs.
- Understanding of physical and digital redemption flows, such as inventory fulfillment.
- Ability to review Figma wireframes for conversion rate optimization.
- Experience working in fast-moving, low-process startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, map, and prioritize core platform features including mystery box unboxings, battle modes, reward multipliers, and affiliate hooks.
- Build and maintain the product backlog from scratch, writing detailed user stories, technical acceptance criteria, and API requirements.
- Partner with developers to ensure fair-play algorithms, crypto-wallet connections, and smart contract interactions.
- Collaborate with product designers to create high-energy interfaces that balance visual flair with e-commerce usability.
- Act as the central hub between Engineering, Design, and Leadership to manage sprint cycles and remove technical blockers.
