Requirements
- Experience in the product development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of product design methods and processes.
- Knowledge of product innovation concepts and practices.
- Experience with IT product implementation, ideally digital products.
- Salesforce experience (required).
- Customer experience management skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Leads change management efforts by collaborating with engineering teams.
- Acts as subject expert for user queries and issues regarding digital product features.
- Creates and maintains product documentation for training, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinates end-user testing based on defined acceptance criteria.
- Delivers comprehensive product support and monitors product performance.
- Analyzes metrics such as user adoption, engagement, and retention to inform strategic recommendations.
