Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong experience with Java and GoLang.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as caching systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and microservices using Java and GoLang.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and data pipelines.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, perform code reviews, and support continuous process improvements.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, sharing expertise to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability through optimization and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging backend technologies, tools, and best practices.
