Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of professional experience in travel, hospitality, insurance, or related sales environments.
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with travel agency owners and consortiums.
- Strong understanding of travel agency distribution models and advisor networks.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to structure partnership and incentive programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for productivity and sales performance.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness to travel 25%–35% domestically and internationally.
- Current passport required.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire high-value travel agency partnerships across consortium and non-consortium channels.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet revenue and market-share objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency owners, consortium leaders, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead persuasive sales negotiations, proposals, and presentations to prospective partners.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and public speaking events.
- Manage co-op programs and partnership initiatives tied to production growth and ROI.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and lead tracking using CRM platforms.
- Leverage AI tools and data insights to optimize prospecting and outreach performance.
- Deliver regular reporting on sales performance and progress against business goals.
