Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product growth, ideally within a technology or B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Hands-on experience improving trial, purchase, renewal, or expansion funnels.
- Ability to establish a vision and strategy, assess opportunities, and prioritize investments.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work directly with data and evaluate experiment results.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Demonstrated experience designing and running product experiments.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for discovery, analysis, and productivity.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and take ownership of a growth area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy and opportunity identification across activation, engagement, retention, trial-to-paid conversion, and monetization.
- Build and manage the growth roadmap, securing cross-functional alignment and adapting priorities based on results.
- Drive engagement and monetization through onboarding improvements, in-product messaging, and lifecycle experiences.
- Optimize the customer lifecycle across trial, purchase, renewal, and expansion journeys.
- Lead experimentation by designing, launching, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Translate data, customer interviews, and behavioral insights into product decisions.
- Explore AI-enabled growth opportunities, including personalized onboarding and AI-powered lifecycle communication.
- Track and communicate growth metrics to ensure organizational focus on measurable outcomes.
