Requirements
- 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience with a primary focus on Python.
- 3+ years of experience architecting on AWS.
- Proficiency in Python 3.x frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Experience with asynchronous programming (AsyncIO).
- Hands-on experience with the AWS cloud ecosystem (Lambda, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, API Gateway).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and Docker.
- Hands-on exposure to LLM APIs, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector DBs, or RAG implementations.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+ written and spoken).
- High sense of ownership and strong technical communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, high-performance asynchronous Python backend services and microservices deployed natively on AWS.
- Build and orchestrate production-ready AI/GenAI integrations, leveraging tools like Amazon Bedrock, LLM APIs, Vector Databases, and modern RAG frameworks.
- Optimize cloud systems and database performant pipelines across AWS Lambda, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, RDS, and API Gateways.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives around code quality, test-driven development (TDD), security standards, and system observability.
- Collaborate seamlessly with client product owners, stakeholders, and internal teams in English to turn complex requirements into technical solutions.
