Job Details

Expertise in establishing Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) Supply Chain Risk Programs.
Experience in building General Contractor (GC) Risk Programs for construction projects.
Proficiency in documenting and calibrating project risks in e-Builder.
Ability to design and recommend effective risk controls.
Experience performing qualitative and quantitative cost/schedule risk analysis.
Competency in facilitating risk identification workshops with cross-functional teams.
Experience with enterprise risk frameworks and governance standards.
Membership with a relevant risk domain association (e.g., PMP, RMP, PRMP, DRMP, MRICS) is a plus.
Application knowledge of tools like Safran, @risk, PRA, Deltek, or Omega is highly preferred.

Identify, capture, and maintain project risks, issues, and opportunities in the risk register.
Facilitate risk workshops with project teams, contractors, and SMEs to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
Perform qualitative assessments and contribute data for quantitative cost/schedule risk analysis.
Track mitigation actions, owners, and due dates to ensure accountability and closure.
Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for project controls and leadership.
Monitor emerging risks, early warning indicators, and project scope changes.
Coordinate with planning, cost, estimating, engineering, and construction teams to embed risk into decision-making.
Establish and refine risk taxonomies for Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) and General Contractor (GC) programs.
Design and recommend controls to reduce the impact of identified risks.
Support risk mitigation strategies related to Machine Learning (ML) equipment capacity schedules.
