Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field (e.g., analytics manager, lead analyst, or consultant).
- Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
- Strong familiarity with modern data practices and tools.
- Strong facility with SQL.
- Strong facility with modern BI tools.
- Familiarity with agile product development practices.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams.
- Excellent communications, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
- Energy sector experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients in redefining critical reporting and analytics to use new Kraken data and concepts, through hands-on query writing, working sessions, and trainings.
- Advise clients and senior leadership on building high-performing data organizations, modern tech stacks, and data strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strategically define and prioritize client data needs to influence the internal data product roadmap.
- Partner with engineering to deliver new data features and requirements aligned to specific client use cases.
- Train internal client delivery teams on how to ask effective data questions and leverage data to drive business impact.
