Requirements
- Deep cybersecurity knowledge, particularly in areas like detection logic and attacker tradecraft.
- Professional experience in SOC, incident response (IR), or threat research roles.
- Proven track record of successful product management and shipping impactful software products.
- Strong ability to write clear, actionable epics and user stories.
- Experience running structured product discovery processes with customers.
- Ability to partner effectively with engineering and research teams to deliver complex technical products.
- Comfort working in a high-speed, ambiguous environment typical of a Series A startup.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on direct customer interaction.
- Capability to bring structure to complex, ill-defined problem spaces.
Responsibilities
- Own significant and ambiguous product problem spaces from initial discovery to final delivery.
- Engage directly with SOC analysts, detection engineers, and threat hunters to validate problems and identify new product opportunities.
- Translate fuzzy market signals into sharp, actionable product bets and clear success criteria.
- Partner daily with R&D and engineering teams to turn validated concepts into shippable epics.
- Make strategic scope tradeoffs to maintain development velocity and ensure product quality.
- Continuously iterate on products to drive measurable improvements in customer security outcomes.
