Requirements

Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of related experience.
Knowledge of Measures Management System (MMS) Blueprint quality measure development and maintenance.
Familiarity with Measure Authoring Development Integrated Environment (MADiE).
Familiarity with Value Set Authority Center (VSAC).
Proven experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience effectively managing multiple activities to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs) aligned with QDM and FHIR standards.
Support the CMS eCQM Annual Update (AU) publication process by coordinating across measure teams.
Review and provide feedback on eCQMs published annually by CMS.
Develop AU supporting documentation, including measure technical release notes and measure flows.
Facilitate expert workgroups and perform data reviews to inform measure maintenance.
Develop and maintain standard templates, processes, and workflows.
Support project planning and implementation by tracking tasks and managing project milestones.
Prepare agendas and take notes for meetings with project teams and clients.
