Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel.
- Previous experience in a medical, healthcare, clinical, or patient coordination role.
- Confident in handling high-volume outbound patient calls.
- Experience in building patient trust, lead qualification, and scheduling.
- Strong documentation skills for accurate charting of interactions.
- Preferred 4–5 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- Stable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Noise-canceling headset and working webcam.
- Ability to provide NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance.
- Available for video meetings with camera on when required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial pre-qualification calls for incoming patient leads.
- Perform same-day lead outreach and prompt follow-ups.
- Call patients to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
- Collect and verify necessary medical records before appointments.
- Document patient interactions and follow-up activities in client systems.
- Conduct post-treatment check-in calls to assess progress.
- Maintain patient relationships to support retention and referrals.
