Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, or related technical roles.
Hands-on full-stack development expertise (frontend frameworks, backend, REST/GraphQL APIs, databases).
Strong knowledge of modern development frameworks, cloud platforms, system architecture, Git, and CI/CD.
Strong familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform).
Experience performing build-versus-buy assessments and vendor evaluations.
Familiarity with AI/ML, automation, and AI-assisted development tools.
Experience working with data across multiple enterprise systems.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and business functions.
Experience mentoring engineers or early-career technologists.

Lead the design, development, and validation of prototypes, proofs of concept, and pilot solutions.
Translate research objectives and business challenges into scalable technical architectures, experiments, and prototype plans.
Build full-stack prototypes using modern frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
Evaluate emerging technologies for business applicability, integration, and strategic fit.
Lead build-versus-buy assessments, vendor evaluations, and technology recommendations.
Identify high-impact opportunities for R&D investment and prioritize innovation pipelines.
Synthesize experimentation results into clear recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
Incorporate AI/ML and automation into prototypes and support transition plans to production.
