Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments.
- Proven track record of influencing strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at the Board level.
- Experience building, mentoring, and scaling finance and accounting teams from the ground up.
- Mastery of complex financial modeling and synthesizing data into actionable executive narratives.
- Ability to instill structure and discipline in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to Boards, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Sophisticated understanding of the Web3/crypto landscape, including digital asset treasury management.
Responsibilities
- Architect the long-term financial roadmap to align with growth targets and ecosystem evolution.
- Lead complex treasury management and capital allocation strategies for a digital-asset-centric environment.
- Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls.
- Act as a core advisor to the executive team using data-driven insights and financial modeling.
- Design and implement a scalable financial tech stack and data infrastructure.
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives, including M&A activity and complex tax structuring.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and strategic partners.
