Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or risk roles.
- CPA or MBA certification strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, research, and business acumen.
- Experience presenting to executive-level management.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence across the organization.
- Cannabis industry knowledge is preferred.
- Occasional travel required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Finance Business partner for central support functions.
- Lead SG&A budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Execute standardized monthly and quarterly reporting to executive leadership and the board.
- Own consolidated annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles.
- Manage the 3-statement financial model and weekly cash flow forecasting.
- Oversee the Treasury Management System (TMS) and maintain banking relationships.
- Manage the corporate insurance program and annual renewal process.
- Support acquisitions through financial due diligence.
