Requirements
- Professional financial accountant qualification (CPA).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar financial role.
- Managed at a minimum one ERP integration.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Generate monthly financial reports and provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Managing Directors.
- Monitor free cash flow and optimize the cash cycle.
- Conduct assessments to improve financial systems, processes, and automation.
- Execute financial integration activities for newly acquired companies, including ERP implementation and account mapping.
- Prepare purchase price allocations and ensure accuracy of opening balance sheets.
- Support the forecasting of first-year bottom-up forecasts for acquired businesses.
