Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple clients in diverse industries.
- Proficiency in QBO (QuickBooks Online), BILL, and Gusto.
- Strong knowledge of full accrual accounting processes and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Higher-education accounting or finance degree.
- Experience with process implementation, onboarding, and clean-up projects.
- Excellent communication skills for relationship building across digital channels.
- Strong coaching and mentorship abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with reliable internet.
- Availability five days a week during standard professional hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-charge bookkeeping and finance processes (invoicing, bill-pay, payroll, monthly close, sales tax, year-end prep) for 10-20 clients.
- Schedule and delegate tasks, review work, and mentor support team members.
- Act as the primary client contact for financial questions and process improvement advice.
- Review prospective client books for error identification and accurate pricing.
- Develop and execute onboarding and clean-up plans for new client engagements.
