Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certification in psychiatry (Board certification in pediatrics preferred).
- Active, unrestricted medical license in TN, TX, CA, MD, FL, VA, CT, or CO (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with Collaborative Care Model, integrated care, or telepsychiatry preferred.
- Strong communication skills with experience in a consultative, team-based environment.
- Commitment to population health and evidence-based mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Set overall vision for Triplemoon’s psychiatry function.
- Serve as owner of the Company's affiliated professional corporation(s) including all hiring, training, and oversight of psychiatric medical staff.
- Support quality assurance and care planning development through psychiatric medication management recommendations.
- Oversee professional development of the clinical team and serve as a culture carrier for the pediatric care model.
- Collaborate with behavioral health care managers and PCPs to review patient caseloads and provide treatment recommendations.
- Conduct weekly systematic caseload reviews to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans.
- Provide indirect psychiatric consultation on diagnostic clarification and psychopharmacologic treatment options.
- Ensure adherence to measurement-based care using tools like PHQ-9 and GAD-7.
- Assist in the creation of educational content for PCPs and represent the company at industry events.
