Requirements

  • Degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting.
  • Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Proven track record in providing in-house and remote training.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
  • Outstanding client relationship skills.
  • Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test and improve products.
  • Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement coordinated project plans to manage client implementations, conversions, and professional service engagements.
  • Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales support, and escalated application support.
  • Perform needs assessments and requirements gathering.
  • Provide regular status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consult with agencies on software configuration and best practices.
  • Work with Business Solutions Consultants to ensure smooth transitions and feature adoption.
  • Provide guidance on data extracts and third-party APIs.
  • Track projects to ensure completion on-time and within budget.
  • Participate in internal UAT activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate industry and the Lone Wolf platform suite.
