Requirements
- Degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting.
- Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-task.
- Proven track record in providing in-house and remote training.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
- Outstanding client relationship skills.
- Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test and improve products.
- Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement coordinated project plans to manage client implementations, conversions, and professional service engagements.
- Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales support, and escalated application support.
- Perform needs assessments and requirements gathering.
- Provide regular status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
- Consult with agencies on software configuration and best practices.
- Work with Business Solutions Consultants to ensure smooth transitions and feature adoption.
- Provide guidance on data extracts and third-party APIs.
- Track projects to ensure completion on-time and within budget.
- Participate in internal UAT activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate industry and the Lone Wolf platform suite.
