Requirements
- NCLEX-RN or NYS Licensed Professional RN.
- Must possess a valid NY nursing license.
- Graduate degree in BS Nursing or similar field.
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a US Healthcare environment preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, and second monitor.
- Stable internet connection with a required backup connection.
Responsibilities
- Review and update patient care plans to ensure they are current and reflect required care.
- Manage authorization requests to insurance companies efficiently.
- Review and update patient records in the EMR.
- Attend care plan meetings to collate and finalize comprehensive care plans.
- Manage MD orders for patients to ensure prescribed care is received.
