  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for California campaigns, focusing on major donors, PACs, and events.
  • Set and track monthly, quarterly, and cycle-to-date fundraising goals and key performance indicators.
  • Organize and lead call time for state and national principals, including preparing call lists and tracking pledges.
  • Conduct research on current and prospective donors to support strategic outreach.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and effective donor segmentation in the CRM.
  • Plan and manage fundraising events ranging from small salons to large-scale receptions.
  • Build and steward donor relationships through personalized engagement and cultivation plans.
