Requirements
- Experience in a scrum master or agile delivery role.
- Hands-on experience in an enterprise agency environment.
- Solid understanding of agile principles and scrum practices.
- Strong servant leadership, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, and budgeting/time-tracking software.
- Knowledge of web technologies including WordPress, PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems and hosting/deployment best practices.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
- Data-driven mindset for team decision-making.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or similar qualifications are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Guide and coach teams on agile principles and practices.
- Define and refine project scope, estimates, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to monitor progress and resolve impediments.
- Assess the impact of scope changes and manage stakeholder communication.
- Maintain a culture of shared responsibility, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making and project performance.
