Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent technical pre-sales role.
- Fluently Bilingual (English and French).
- Currently reside in the vicinity of Montreal or Quebec City (QC).
- 3+ years managing complex technical engagements or proof-of-concept deployments.
- Experience working with or positioning AI-powered products.
- Ability to explain model outputs, limitations, and value in a customer-centric way.
- Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle across Quebec and other territories, leading customer engagements including demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept deployments.
- Lead technical discovery to assess prospects’ environments, identify gaps, and define success criteria.
- Maintain awareness of the AI, DSPM, and data security marketspace to articulate business impact to stakeholders.
- Enable, support, and train partners on Qohash solutions to drive new revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support RFP responses and strategic expansion plans for existing accounts.
- Handle technical objections and channel product feedback to internal teams.
- Develop technical narratives and demo environments tailored to Quebec and European regulatory and business contexts.
- Travel to meet business requirements, including in-person meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
