Requirements
- Independently licensed as a Psychologist in Virginia or Maryland.
- License in Washington, D.C. is preferred.
- Priority given to clinicians licensed across all three jurisdictions (DC, MD, VA).
- Must be local to the DMV region.
- 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Availability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekends.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with some in-person availability.
- Passion for high-quality, compassionate mental health care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience working with diverse clientele is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
- Conduct psychological testing for clients of all ages.
- Build and manage a caseload suited to personal availability and goals.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Engage in clinical activities including community outreach, workshops, or corporate consultation if interested.
