Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of training, retail, accounting, or customer service experience
- Previous virtual training experience
- Experience in retail operations, cash handling, accounting, loss prevention, or guest service
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Ability to present training in a friendly, empathetic, and helpful manner
- Strong communication skills with the flexibility to adapt style to client personnel
- Ability to work flexible schedules including split shifts, early AM and/or evening hours
- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Effectively facilitate virtual training content using provided mobile device
- Use various applications to deliver virtual training such as PowerPoint, internal systems, remote manager, Zoom
- Execute and track the completion of scheduled training events
- Troubleshoot issues related to systems, process, and/or device performance
