- Independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland (D.C. license preferred).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including after-school, evenings, or weekends.
- Experience or willingness to work with children, adolescents, or couples.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and high-quality care.
- Must be local to the Washington D.C. area.
Responsibilities
- Deliver culturally responsive therapy and psychological testing to individuals, families, couples, and children.
- Maintain a consistent clinical caseload through support from scheduling and waitlist management staff.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment through peer consultation.
- Engage in community outreach, workshops, or corporate consultation opportunities as desired.
- Provide clinical supervision or training to interns and residents if qualified.
