Requirements
- 5–7+ years' experience in FMCG, CPG, packaging or consumer products.
- Strong portfolio across packaging, branding, print, presentation and digital design.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes and prepress requirements.
- Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers.
- Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with a commercial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design stand-up pouches, flexible packaging, cartons, labels, display cases and retail-ready packaging.
- Develop branding, packaging concepts and visual assets across multiple product categories.
- Manage artwork from concept through to final production, including reviewing proofs and coordinating with printers.
- Design marketing materials including pitch decks, brochures, digital ads, and social media assets.
- Collaborate with international teams across Australia, Asia, and the USA to support product launches.
