Requirements
- 3–5 years of project management experience within a creative, digital, or marketing agency or an in-house consumer packaged goods environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience using digital project management and communication platforms such as Dropbox, Monday.com, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or comparable systems.
- Working knowledge of design fundamentals, creative file types, production terminology, and standard creative workflows.
- Strong ability to understand the full scope of a project, ask the right questions, document requirements, and establish clear deliverables before execution begins.
- Exceptional organization, timeline management, file structure, naming conventions, and asset management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback and work effectively with diverse stakeholders and personalities.
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, adaptable, and accountable approach to managing deadlines and blockers.
- Collaborative relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across Creative, Marketing, Brand, and other business functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the intake of creative requests across multiple brands, gathering requirements, clarifying scope, and prioritizing projects in partnership with senior creative leadership.
- Guide projects from creative brief through final delivery, coordinating reviews, consolidating feedback, tracking approvals, and maintaining timelines.
- Monitor workloads and resource capacity across internal designers and freelance contributors to support balanced assignments and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate print and packaging production activities with Purchasing, including proof scheduling, reviews, approvals, and delivery requirements.
- Maintain organized brand assets, product renders, packaging files, project documentation, and version-control systems.
- Keep stakeholders aligned on project responsibilities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and changes, providing timely updates to managers and senior leadership.
- Identify potential blockers early, resolve issues proactively, and ensure projects remain on track from briefing through completion.
- Foster productive working relationships across Creative, Brand, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
