Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in an outbound call center or direct sales position.
- Demonstrated history of achieving sales results.
- Ability to conduct phone conversations while navigating computer tools simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience handling confidential data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving sales objectives.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Must have a hard-wired, high-speed internet connection.
- Healthcare or functional medicine experience is preferred.
- Remote work experience is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to engage patients of practices and health systems regarding Salvo’s program benefits.
- Enroll patients in the program and schedule initial virtual nurse visits for onboarding.
- Utilize call guides and FAQs to educate patients and address questions or objections.
- Assist patients with understanding insurance coverage and financial responsibilities.
- Ensure high-quality customer service during inbound/outbound interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual key performance indicators (KPIs).
