Job Details

Active real estate license in Illinois.
Active real estate licenses in at least 2 other states from the following list: GA, FL, TX, NC, AZ, TN, AL, IN, OH, MO, KS, NV, CO, CA, OK.
Willingness to obtain additional real estate licenses post-hire.
5+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
Demonstrated experience managing both acquisitions and dispositions, including contract-to-close coordination.
Proven experience building and utilizing workflows with general-purpose LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) and real-estate-specific AI tools.
Strong technical proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), G-Suite, Slack, and MacOS.
Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Access to a smartphone and computer for daily operations.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as transaction demands require.
Submission of a 2-minute video (Loom) demonstrating a custom-built AI workflow and its impact.

Draft, present, and negotiate acquisition offers on behalf of institutional clients.
Manage disposition listings end-to-end, including listing activation, offer negotiation, and contract-to-close coordination.
Execute critical judgment calls and handle complex negotiations that require human intervention.
Adopt and champion evolving internal AI-driven tools and workflows to manage high-volume pipelines.
Collaborate with transaction coordinators, pricing teams, and field teams to execute strategy.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and Fair Housing compliance before client or counterparty communication.
