- Negotiate with investors/potential buyers and evaluate offers/counter offers
- Market properties to potential investors and conduct property showings
- Manage the disposition process from beginning to end or until the deal closes
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors in the network/ new prospects
- Research current market conditions
