Requirements
- Direct U.S. real estate industry experience (e.g., licensed agent, brokerage support, vendor role).
- 2+ years in a quota-carrying inside sales or new-business role.
- Proven track record of hitting sales quotas in high-volume outbound/inbound environments.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong product instinct with the ability to match solutions to client goals.
- Excellent verbal and written U.S. English proficiency.
- Self-starter capable of working remotely with high discipline.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events, training, and an annual trip to Sweden HQ.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute go-to-market motions to connect REMAX agents with Marketing Studio solutions.
- Perform outbound dialer outreach and lead qualification.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate products.
- Prioritize outreach efforts using internal dashboards to identify high-potential teams and offices.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reviews, and sales forecasting.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the full product menu.
