Requirements

- Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and maintaining documentation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Reliable transportation required for job-related travel.
- Flexibility to support changing business needs and work schedules.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, deliverables, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution.
- Support operational programs by maintaining training materials, orientation resources, clinical competency documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Generate and analyze operational reports from multiple systems to provide leadership with actionable insights.
- Serve as the primary liaison for patient advocacy initiatives by coordinating feedback and resolving concerns.
- Manage administrative operations including meeting coordination, project documentation, and mobile device deployment.
