Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
- Current state licensure (where applicable) and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed (company-sponsored)
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in health coaching, nutrition counseling, and behavior change
- 5+ years supporting weight management, chronic disease management, and medical nutrition therapy
- Strong motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and telehealth/digital health platforms
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual nutrition and wellness coaching to support healthy lifestyle changes
- Develop individualized care plans and measurable health goals
- Guide members in weight management, disease prevention, and medical nutrition therapy
- Utilize motivational interviewing and active listening techniques to drive engagement and behavior change
- Document member progress and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support whole-person health
