Requirements
- Two (2) to four (4) years of demonstrated sales success in a business-to-business environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous Call Center experience.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment (e.g. hospital, healthcare practitioner office, clinic, etc.).
- Experience with HIPAA, PDMA, cGMP, and OPDP adverse events.
- Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated motivation for sales, meeting goals, prospecting, and closing.
- Excellent written and oral presentation and active listening skills.
- Technical aptitude including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience participating in video conferencing.
- Ability to learn complex product information and disease states quickly.
Responsibilities
- Produce positive business outcomes for clients by achieving or exceeding performance goals and objectives.
- Promote meaningful relationships and brand loyalty through engaged and informed conversation via outbound/inbound phone calls, emails or other digital channels.
- Build/confirm HCP demographics and capture profiling answers about practices.
- Detail and upsell products in the portfolio according to business rules.
- Deliver comprehensive, skilled sales presentations via multiple digital media such as co-browsing, video details, and WebEx conferencing.
- Contact and deliver presentations to a defined list of HCPs within assigned territories.
- Capture information accurately in CRM systems and handle issues until resolution.
- Participate in extensive product training, development programs and ongoing studies of product and disease states.
