Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers by phone and email
- Understand customer needs and present relevant services
- Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through close
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active pipeline
- Record customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM
- Work toward individual and team sales targets
- Participate in sales meetings and coaching sessions
