Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination or project management within an AEC or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage defined project tasks with consistency and minimal rework.
- Working understanding of scope, schedule, and delivery coordination fundamentals.
- Strong proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, GitHub, VantagePoint, MS Project, Procore, and Navisworks.
- Strong organization and communication skills across multiple concurrent priorities.
- Ability to maintain high-quality documentation and follow established workflows.
- CAPM certification (preferred).
- PMP certification (plus).
- CDT certification (plus).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical implementation projects spanning telecommunications, security, cabling, and networks.
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients for project execution and communication.
- Monitor project dependencies, document decisions, and escalate risks to keep delivery on track.
- Maintain project trackers, decision logs, and action registers to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with project teams to align day-to-day execution with project goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to documentation standards.
- Support procurement, status reporting, and financial tracking for assigned project portfolios.
