Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to increase productivity.
- Working understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with modern web development platforms like Webflow or WordPress.
- Solid technical understanding of web accessibility (WCAG), browser/device compatibility, and security.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics 4, and digital performance metrics.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for custom websites, web applications, and software development initiatives.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop and maintain strategic project plans while proactively managing dependencies and risks.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and cross-functional teams including design and development.
- Maintain project documentation such as requirement specifications, budgets, timelines, and risk logs.
- Monitor project performance and address issues affecting scope, quality, or client satisfaction.
- Integrate AI tools to improve planning, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
