Requirements
- Proven track record of growing an iGaming or online poker player base through partnerships and affiliation.
- Experience managing content-focused partnerships, including creators, streamers, influencers, and online communities.
- Deep knowledge of the German iGaming/poker ecosystem, player behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Native or fluent command of German, combined with fluent English.
- Demonstrated experience owning a P&L, budget, or significant commercial portfolio.
- Experience structuring and negotiating CPA, revenue share, fixed-fee, and hybrid partnership agreements.
- Excellent commercial judgment for assessing partner economics and making investment decisions.
- Proven ability to build and manage teams, or readiness to scale a regional function.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect partnership activity to FTD, NGR, and profitability metrics.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the regional partnerships strategy, determining channel mix, partner priorities, and investment levels.
- Own and manage the regional partnerships P&L, including NGR, associated costs, and budget allocation.
- Drive measurable growth in player acquisition, first-time deposits (FTDs), and net gaming revenue (NGR).
- Source, negotiate, and close high-value strategic partnerships, including CPA, revenue share, and hybrid agreements.
- Manage relationships with streamers, content creators, influencers, and ambassadors to generate player acquisition.
- Monitor partner performance, content quality, and commercial contribution, renegotiating or terminating underperforming deals.
- Build and develop the regional partnerships organization, establishing processes and performance standards.
