Requirements
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
- Proven track record of delivering software that reached production and is actively used.
- Exposure to working in cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Strong engineering skills with a focus on production software systems (backend and/or full stack).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle complex engineering problems.
- Comfortable with rapid iteration, experimentation, and releasing prototypes.
- Strong collaborative communication skills with peers and cross-functional partners.
- Experience with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows (bonus).
- Experience with infrastructure or DevOps tooling like Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform (bonus).
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques (bonus).
- Experience building observability tooling (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-performance AI features to help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents.
- Implement an iterative process to prototype, test, and validate AI-powered workflows with real users.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers to integrate agentic components into internal tools and observability platforms.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance product functionality and personal development workflows.
- Maintain ownership of AI solutions to ensure they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user needs.
