Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally across multiple websites or client accounts
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including crawling, indexation, site architecture and Core Web Vitals
- Experience conducting SEO audits and translating findings into practical recommendations
- Proven experience improving organic visibility and traffic, with client results you can discuss in detail
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, on-page optimisation and content strategy
- Clear separation of correlation from causation when analysing and reporting on SEO performance
- Fluent in tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Google Search Console
- Comfortable working with content, development and marketing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable presenting SEO findings and recommendations directly to clients
Responsibilities
- Run technical SEO audits and turn findings into prioritised, actionable recommendations
- Analyse crawling, indexation, Core Web Vitals and other technical factors affecting organic performance
- Own site architecture and internal linking recommendations across client websites
- Develop SEO strategies based on business goals, search demand, competition and site performance
- Create content briefs alongside the content team, including search intent, keyword targeting, structure and optimisation recommendations
- Analyse ranking, traffic and conversion changes and identify the likely causes
- Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Report monthly on rankings, organic traffic and conversions with clear and honest attribution
- Work with developers and content teams to support SEO recommendations through implementation
- Communicate SEO recommendations clearly to clients and explain the expected impact and priorities
