Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital strategy, technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B SEO, digital marketing, or search strategy roles.
Deep understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI Index Engine Optimization (AIEO).
Hands-on experience with enterprise SEO tools such as Profound, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
Strong knowledge of structured data markup, Schema.org, entity optimization, and technical SEO principles.
Experience analyzing AI-generated search results and improving citation performance.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development best practices.
Experience optimizing enterprise websites and working with CMS platforms like WordPress.
Strong analytical skills with ability to connect search metrics to business impact.
Ability to translate complex technical findings for executive and cross-functional audiences.

Develop and execute global SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI search strategies to increase organic visibility.
Optimize digital experiences for platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and Google AI Overviews.
Conduct keyword research, topic clustering, entity optimization, and search intent analysis.
Build and maintain prompt libraries to test AI search performance and measure citation opportunities.
Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, crawlability, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
Build reporting frameworks to measure AI search visibility, conversions, and revenue impact.
Partner with cross-functional teams including product marketing, content, and engineering.
