Job Details

2–4 years of professional product design (UX/UI) experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and visual communication
Ability to create designs congruent with brand standards and system conventions
Proficient in Figma (shared libraries, components, auto layout)
Fluency in industry standard tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Production experience building developer ready files and specs with clear handoff documentation
Ability to balance long term projects against day to day requests
Strong attention to detail and habit of quality control
Experience operating in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
Drive to learn and improve, keeping up with design trends

Design a wide range of product experiences, including user flows, wireframes, high fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
Design and maintain a scalable Figma design system, including reusable components, shared libraries, and design tokens/variables
Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, usable, and visually polished interfaces
Prototype interactions and flows in Figma to communicate design intent and support usability testing
Apply brand standards and maintain visual consistency across all platforms
Incorporate stakeholder, engineering, and user feedback into polished, production ready designs
Review designs for errors, accessibility, and quality before handoff
Create developer ready design files with clear specs and documentation
Maintain the design calendar, approval timelines, and deadlines
Occasionally support marketing design tasks in Figma
