- Proficient in Figma (shared libraries, components, auto layout)
- Fluency in industry standard tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Production experience building developer ready files and specs with clear handoff documentation
- Ability to balance long term projects against day to day requests
- Strong attention to detail and habit of quality control
- Experience operating in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
- Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
- Drive to learn and improve, keeping up with design trends
Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of product experiences, including user flows, wireframes, high fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
- Design and maintain a scalable Figma design system, including reusable components, shared libraries, and design tokens/variables
- Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, usable, and visually polished interfaces
- Prototype interactions and flows in Figma to communicate design intent and support usability testing
- Apply brand standards and maintain visual consistency across all platforms
- Incorporate stakeholder, engineering, and user feedback into polished, production ready designs
- Review designs for errors, accessibility, and quality before handoff
- Create developer ready design files with clear specs and documentation
- Maintain the design calendar, approval timelines, and deadlines
- Occasionally support marketing design tasks in Figma
